Please complete the Traficc Vehicle Status Report. Kindly either e-mail this to claims@traficc.co.za or alternatively fax to 086 574 8461. Please include a picture of the damage and a quote from one of the preferred repairers on the attached list.

If you get a quote from a repairer not on the list we will then require two quotes from any two registered repairers. Please note the quotes must have your vehicle registration and chassis number on it.

TYRE WARRANTY CLAIM

Please complete the necessary Tyre Warranty Claim Form. Please ensure that Section C is completed by the Fitment Centre and that both the mileage and tread of the tyre is noted.

This must then be sent back to us along with the tax invoice (which must include the vin/engine number of the vehicle concerned) and a picture/s of the damaged tyre/s. Kindly either e-mail this to claims@traficc.co.za or alternatively fax to 086 574 8461.

MOTORCYCLE TYRE WARRANTY CLAIM

Please complete the necessary Motorcycle Tyre Warranty Claim Form. Please ensure that Section C is completed by the Fitment Centre and that both the mileage and tread of the tyre is noted.

This must then be sent back to us along with the tax invoice (which must include the vin/engine number of the vehicle concerned) and a picture/s of the damaged tyre/s. Kindly either e-mail this to claims@traficc.co.za or alternatively fax to 086 574 8461.

Please complete the Traficc Protection Plan Claim Form. All relevant certified documentation we require from you is detailed on the Protection Plan Claim Form.

Once you have assimilated all the documentation, kindly either e-mail this to claims@traficc.co.za or alternatively fax to 086 574 8461.

TOP UP, RTI & RETRENCHMENT CLAIM

Please complete the Traficc Top Up / Return to Invoice / Retrenchment Claim Form.   All relevant certified documentation we require from you is detailed on this form.
